I am one and half rejections in. And I say one and half because the second one stated that I didn’t win the contest, but they were considering my story for publication. That, of course, would be amazing because it is a great website. It also means no money. Ah well. Instead of being discouraged, I am sitting here trying to find new places to submit. Because I am writer, and I can handle rejection. I am trying to have my big girl pants on about this.
