She designed the logo and all brand elements and created and manages the website. She also creates the content for social media and writes a newsletter through Substack.

Pam worked as a Senior Content Writer and Editor at Fraser, a nonprofit that serves people with autism, mental health issues and disabilities. While at Fraser, she created a weekly blog where she wrote and managed all the content. She also managed, designed, edited, and wrote multiple newsletters for both internal and external audiences. She also has written and edited content for the Annual Report, as well as scripts for videos, events and promotions. Pam also wrote marketing content for the website, brochures, emails and other white papers.

Pam previously worked as a content marketer at Findlaw, a division of Thomson Reuters, where she wrote blog posts for attorneys and created Meta ads. She has also freelanced for numerous businesses, creating social media content, blog posts and marketing plans.

She holds a bachelor’s degree in English and journalism from the University of Iowa and a Master of Arts degree in strategic communication from the University of Iowa. For her Capstone Project, she wrote the business plan for the Vintage Modern shop, an online store that combined her love of vintage, home design, shopping and of course, writing.

She lives in Minneapolis, MN. She can be found having a drink on a patio, lying in her rainbow-striped hammock with a good book, laughing at her partner’s antics, or zooming around the neighborhood with her dog, Oscar Pawpaws. In the winter, she hibernates and dreams of summer. Her flash fiction has appeared in The Electronic Encyclopedia of Experimental Literature.
